Bill Dwyer works in the IT Department at the University of Montana Western. He is currently serving as First Vice-President of MFPE. He previously served in various capacities on the Board of Directors for MPEA. He helped organize Montana Western Classified Staff, and has served as President of Western's local since its inception.
Bill, a Butte native, is proud to have been part of The American Federation of Musicians, having been a member of Local 69 (Pueblo, CO), Local 47 (Hollywood, CA), Local 433 (Austin Texas) and Local 257 (Nashville TN).
